Job Description

Uplevyl is building AI-powered knowledge and community infrastructure for organizations serving women. Our products include UpGenie (our domain-specific AI assistant), WeHub (our community platform), and UpSocial (a social platform for women). We work with mission-driven partners to turn complex, high-stakes information into clear, trustworthy guidance while building communities that create lasting impact. 

We're looking for a Senior GTM & Sales Lead to own and drive Uplevyl's growth strategy end to end: positioning, demand generation, and community-led growth, and to build it into one coordinated engine rather than a set of separate functions. You'll shape Uplevyl's voice across every external channel, own qualified pipeline growth, and work directly with leadership to accelerate the company. 

What you'll own

  • Positioning and voice. Define how Uplevyl talks about UpGenie, WeHub, and UpSocial, so every channel, including LinkedIn, the website, email, and partner-facing material, sounds like one company with one point of view.

  • Pipeline generation. Build and run the channels (LinkedIn, email, partnerships, community) that generate qualified leads, and instrument them well enough to know exactly what's working and what isn't.

  • WeHub as a growth engine. Design and launch a WeHub activation strategy where community engagement directly drives pipeline, not just engagement metrics.

  • Team leadership, hands-on. Lead and mentor existing GTM team members while staying close to execution yourself: writing the copy, reviewing the campaign, sitting in on the partner call.

  • Translating complexity into clarity. Turn Uplevyl's high-stakes, technically and socially complex product into messaging that a prospect, partner, or candidate understands in ten seconds, without flattening what makes it real.

Where AI fits into this role

  • Getting up to speed fast. Build a real, working understanding of our products, our customers, our market, and how AI is already changing the way people in this space sell and buy. Do this through real research and analysis, not guesswork.

  • Using AI to move faster. Build workflows that speed up prospecting, outreach, deal research, and reporting, so more of your time goes into the conversation and the close, and less into manual busywork.

  • Running more experiments. Use AI to test and adjust your outreach, messaging, and offers faster, so you can try more approaches without spending weeks on a single bet, and without losing quality.

  • Building a system that gets smarter over time. Set up a sales and GTM process where decisions are based on real data, like which leads convert and why, so the process itself gets better every time you run it.

  • Making it everyone's habit, not just yours. Build AI into how the whole GTM and sales team works day to day, so the team gets faster and sharper because of it, not just because one person is using it well.

Primary Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand Strategy, or related leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated experience owning messaging, positioning, and demand generation strategies.

  • Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel GTM strategies across digital, community, and partnership channels.

  • Experience managing and mentoring teams while maintaining hands-on involvement in execution.

  • Strong track record of generating qualified leads and driving measurable pipeline growth.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and content strategy skills.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with founders, leadership teams, product teams, and external partners.

  • Ability to translate complex products, services, or technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize GTM performance.

Desired Qualifications 

  • Experience working within mission-driven, social-impact, women-focused, or nonprofit ecosystems.

  • Proficiency with AI products, platforms, or emerging technology solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, community platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Founder, startup operator, or entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.

  • Strong visual communication and brand storytelling instincts.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
