What makes
us different?
We have an innate understanding of the complexity of women's lived experiences, and it's aligned with what you're trying to do. That's the lens we bring. From having built our own platform, we know what it takes.

What it looks like in practice?

A national nonprofit working to end domestic and sexual violence came to us with a hard problem. Survivors needed to understand their workplace rights, but the law changes from state to city to county, and a survivor's anonymity can never be compromised. That combination is what makes it hard. We sat with their team, session after session, until we understood what a survivor actually needs in that moment, and what it would take to build that experience.
What we brought back followed from that understanding. Anonymous, no login, nothing personal ever stored. A survivor tells the platform only what it needs — her state, her city, how big her employer is — and gets back the protections that apply to her, the forms she can use, and a real helpline to call if extended support is needed. The gender lens and the safety rules were part of the platform's design from day one.
Another team, protecting children in sports wanted to prevent harm rather than respond to it after the fact. They were clear that the adults around a child — coaches and parents had to be part of the design. That principle became the architecture: separate spaces for each group, and a first phase small enough to be safe.
A global gender-data organization came to us for advice on an AI-powered index. They hold one of the most comprehensive pictures of women's lives anywhere, but drawing insight from it took time and technical skill most advocates don't have. They proposed one approach; we told them where it would break. A language model asked to act as a calculator will quietly round a figure or rank countries in not-quite the right order, and for an organization whose credibility rests on its data, a wrong number handed to a journalist is the one outcome worth designing out. We recommended a hybrid instead: plain language in, exact numbers computed straight from their own data, every figure traceable to its source.
